The thought behind the commercial was what it should have been. But it gives the projection that the Dispatchers that worked that Police channel either didn't care about the officers or don't have the right training to handle the call of an officer in trouble. I, being a Dispatcher for over 10yrs, took offense to that part of it. I have been involved in 2 officer involved shootings in the last 12 months, might be a few months more than that but not many, and in no way shape or form failed to provide
