Suspect Dies After Police Use Taser Three Times During Arrest

If there is an "immediate threat to human life" - that's when you use your FIREARM - because deadly force is then authorized. A Taser (thank God) so far is not considered deadly force, even though, sometimes, it might contribute to your death. (For that matter, I could punch you in the stomach and you might die, but that doesn't make a punch like that "deadly force.")
