The taser is a safe and effective way to stop aggressive actions towards officers. Being an officer myself who has been shot with a taser in training I can tell you it is effective and safe. I do not believe there has been a case yet where the taser was listed as the factor of someone's death. The media needs to get their facts straight and quit trying to put down the people who keep them safe.
