You say we need 200 something officers on the street, but we cant even get 300 WORTHY people to apply! When you hiring restrictions on things like college, and other pathetic requirments, what the heck do you expect. Once again GREAT JOB CHIEF! You have prevented many WORTHY applicants from applying that I know personally due to they don't have enough money to get a college degree, and you won't let them get the chance to get on a job that pays enough money and will reimburse them for their time
