Everyone wants to blame the Fed. Gov. & President Bush. While they may share in part of the blame the majority of it should go to New Orleans and Louisana officials Why not blame the people that stayed in N.O.....Everyone wants to say they were poor and didnt have the means to get out the press is saying majority of these people get their checks in the mail in the 1st and the 15th and propably didnt have any money....The fact is is those people were out working instead of sitting on their lazy butts
