White can't stand Ray Barker. Race had nothing to do with it. Ray beat White who disciplined him unfairly by winning the appeal to the Merit Board who found he did nothing wrong. Chief White is taking the highly unisual stance of a supervisor disregarding the Merit Board proceedings and is appealing their ruling to circuit court. He can dish out telling people they were wrong, but he can't accept the fact that the Merit Board keeps telling him he is being way too harsh in his heavy handed disciplinary practices.

Color doesn't have a thing to with the deciesions Chief White makes, he has screwed just as many black officers as he has whites. He just wants his way no matter the out come. Any way why are we wasting space taking about him. I'am just waiting for him to show up at the Lodge , asking for our support. I've never seen him at a meeting unless he needed some money.
