LMPD Officer Shot and Killed During Hit and Run Investigation

I never met Officer Grignon, had never heard of him until I read of his tragic death in the news paper. However my family and I felt compelled to walk out onto our front porch and pay our own respects to this fallen hero. We didn't feel we should intrude on the grave side ceremonies but I know I'd like to personally extend my heartfelt sympathies to his wife, and all of his family from our hearts to yours,
