I believe we need to step back and think things through before making harsh judgements based on emotions about our command staff. "Walk a mile in their shoes", so to speak. They are trying hard to work with what they were left with in the midst of a complicated merger. They are also fighting to bring character and discipline to 2 departments that were not well managed in the past. Yes transition is hard, ask lexington, but in the end we as LMPD officers will be glad we stayed the course.
