January 3, 2004 - What Happened That Night?

The fact that the jury hung on the one charge there was no evidence or witnesses in court for shows they were a bunch of stupid idiots. It's amazing that black people can't get all black juries but white people have no problem getting them. The two black people on the jury obviously were too intimidated to stand up to white people who have been beating them down all their lives. I pity them and I pity this city -- especially if Mattingly gets back on the force. I pity you cops too because justice will be done one day.
