My families prayers are with Mattingly and his family during this time. He is a man who was doing his job to better the city he loved. On the other hand newby was a man who only wanted to take advantage of others in his city and to infect our city with drugs. May GOD bless Mattingly and his family. May GOD also look down upon the court that they see his actions were just and true according to the laws of the Commonwealth.
