It may be a good time for someone to let the public know that the damage over the past two nights was avoidable. If the mayors office let the command be the command as opposed to having Ellen Hessen make the decisions, a large portion of the damage could have been averted. When you get good information that the protestors are stockpiling weapons, you should do something about it.
A failure to act is indictable.
