The autopsy report was changed to homicide a week after the autopsy but they aren't saying why it was changed.

Retired New York City Medical Examiner Michael Baden observed the autopsy. He found Epstein's 3 fractures in the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage indicating strangulation, not hanging himself with bed sheets. The brother has been asking whose DNA was found on the bed sheets and under his fingernails and the FBI hasn't released that information.
