The cost taxpayers bear to hold officers accountable

He is a prime example of somebody who got where they are thanks to affirmative action. I think it's funny when he talks like he's the smartest person in the room only to be found out that he is nothing more than a pretender putting nonsense sentences together. Tucker Carlson was right to call him out on what he wrote in his article and then Ricky would reply he was only stating what somebody else wrote. Not true. Mr. Ricky not only quoted what another mental midget wrote, but also supported it. Ricky was complaining that Carlson only picked out one sentence to hammer him on. Well, Mr. Well Educated Ricky Jones, words mean things. The only reason the spineless mayor and others kiss Jones' butt around here is because they don't want to become victims of a baseless racist smear and endless protests. If Jones were white, everybody would be asking "Ricky who?"
