The attorney for those victims is right. What gets lost is the disgusting things done to them at the hands of police officers. The second part that is disgusting is the chief, Deputy and mayor knew all along and did nothing about it but try to hide it. The attitudes all 3 of them have displayed and actions they took clearly show how little they really cared. What a sad time for this city.
