Same applies to the $109,000. Beshear won't go near Fischer except to shake his hand and get his endorsement. He doesn't even really care about being Attorney General and is simply holding the office to pave his way to the Governor's office, which I predict he'll never get to like several wonderboy Democrat AGs of the past.

Don't forget investigating the potential state crimes of non-command people in PIU, PSU, the Chief's office and others who may have known about it.
Considering the crimes and coverup occurred over many years, it's difficult to believe any less than 5 to 10 people would be guilty of official misconduct or witness tampering at the very least.
