The cost taxpayers bear to hold officers accountable |
RE: The cost taxpayers bear to hold officers accountable
The outcomes we get from the courts here are felons being set free prematurely on a regular basis. Those same felons end up shooting or killing most people who get shot, including police. They delay trials for years to give them time to go in crime sprees or crowd the overcrowded jail. All the unnecessary hearing dates and are releasing of criminals is welfare for the lawyers, which is always the top priority of the legal system here. The skyrocketing crime rates show the outcomes of their flawed legal opinions, political bias and incompetence.
Name another county in Kentucky where there are multiple judges who've been censured by higher courts for misconduct or making flawed judgements on the bench and they're still re-elected. Also name another county where the judges all got together with the county attorney and commonwealth attorney to decide they'd no longer allow the public to see court records. When you have so much to hide, it makes perfect sense I'm sure.
