Cannot totally agree with that reason. Fischer and Hesen knew too. Still think the claim of privilege is to to protect the Mayor big time as no doubt people who knew also said they told or were present when the mayor was briefed and told about this crime. No reason to hide behind a lawyer if you are innocent or have nothing to hide. Period
