The cost taxpayers bear to hold officers accountable

You can already see where businesses are moving out of the city, including all the recently emptied offices and commercial properties. Downtown the skate park, and Waterfront Park are all too dangerous for citizens to go after the junior prisons unleash their so called "students" in the early afternoon. We'll need another thousand officers to guard everything that needs to be guarded so it can stay open.
