Exactly, that is a feeble excuse and that ship has sailed. Everyone knows why people are quitting, embarrassed and morale are the key factors. Exit interviews???? Since when, and given his history he is not doing them, that is beneath him and he personally does not want to know the truth so getting his majors are telling him it's not us, it's the pension. But...explain the 20 or more a year that leave for smaller departments and less money. Explain the ones that just quit. They are demoralized. Oh, and crime is down????? For who, and down from what????

Oh yes, the people who don't even have 10 years are going to lower paying departments are leaving because of pension reform. It's Bevin's fault and that makes perfect sense to Majors and above.
They're also quitting in droves because there's not enough compassion, bike lanes or yoga in the park with the Mayor.
