Lets quit pretending the little departments know how to make cookies like LMPD does. Little PDs don't even have professional graphic artists do the signs, Facebook ads and LGBTQ police vehicle stickers like LMPD does. Laterl officers have to be entirely re-trained to get them up to LMPD standards. Most of them think the job is about enforcing the law. Dinosaurs!
