Your an idiot. Your the one fooling yourself into believing you have some level of measurable intelligence. If you could convert your intelligence into power, you wouldn't have enough to power a moped around the outside of a BB one time.

I've read several posts by people criticizing shooting through a window. Most were by nobodies. A few were by ex-police holding themselves as policing experts, but none were actual experts on tactical shooting. Sitting at the division doing paperwork and supervising patrol or detectives doesn't make anyone an expert on tactical shooting. It's not range marksmanship. It's not use of force rules. It's the art of combat and nearly all police, including COs and commanders, are merely students of that, not teachers.

The few people who are experts know he took reasonable action to preserve his life. There was nothing disproportionately dangerous in shooting through a windshield when presented with an armed threat to his life on foot to the front of his vehicle. People are routinely trained on how to shoot through windshields by in more advanced courses. Not having gone through a course doesn't mean he can't do it when his life's in jeopardy. This is no country for old milquetoasts.
