LMPD shoots robbery suspect in the Portland neighborhood

What makes it worse is that the robber did not exist in a vacuum. The same mama that's on tv now crying crocodile tears knew what he was in to and chose to look the other way. No job, no source of income with multiple babies by multiple women, but somehow her son had money in his pocket and new stuff... he is either selling dope or robbing. That crap didn't just materialize out of thin air. Daddy is either unknown, in prison or dead. Mama did a **** poor job of raising her son and once again society and the police are left to clean up her mess.
