Another excellent example of a group of mouthy people pretending to be experts in police work. Here is some advice in reducing police encounters with mentally unstable individuals.... Stop the revolving door that continually returns crazy people to the street with the admonition "be sure to take your meds !" Another suggestion... Dear distraught crying family member with a microphone in your face....take it upon yourself to get help for your uncle, cousin, etc...who you simply turn out on the street
