When Leet wins office and the new Chief takes over, we will reveal the new 2 week course to instill and test for the warrior mindset. If you are not a warrior fully intent on actively seeking out and apprehending felony wrongdoers then you do not belong here. The instructor has already been selected and is developing the curriculum as we type.
Strike hard, strike fast, no mercy!

The leadership role is gradually being taken over by the federal agencies. Most of Narcotics has become an arm of DEA. That's why they've been able to pick up the pace recently. Conrad, like White, avoided creating a gang squad in hopes FBI would step up. I expect they eventually will now that Louisville is the #11 most violent city and Jeff Sessions is visiting Kentucky every few months. They do a lot more in other cities than here.
