Any so-called SWAT team that decides to stage away from the scene of a school shooting, when the shooter's location is unknown as it was at that scene, has incompetent leadership. The idiot Broward Sheriff CO tried to stage officers outside while the shooter was putting bullets in students. What a scary thought that people that stupid are in charge.
