Deputies who first arrived at the school were told not to enter the school without their body cams on, but they didn't have their body cams, so they didn't enter or engage shooter. That is what you call incompetence of horrific proportions. Even if you get an order like that from an idiot downtown, ignore it. They'd have to go to the merit board or court to fire you and guess who will lose. Not the officer ignoring that unlawful order.
