LMPD officer's wife dead from flu, remembered as giving, loving mother

Not everyone has the guts and courage it takes to be a cop. It's highly unfortunate that kids may have lost their lives when this guy, and apparently other deputies, figured out they shouldn't be cops. They probably didn't know until that moment. Some people can't run toward gunfire...horrible time to find that out.
