LMPD officer's wife dead from flu, remembered as giving, loving mother

Hitting a kid with a belt, isn't necessarily beating. Oldham County PD had the case originally, and chose not to prosecute. If this guy was an insurance salesman, the case would never have even made the news. And the version I heard was the kids caught the house on fire. That warrants discipline. I wasn't there and don't know if it was doled out appropriately, but neither were you. Could just be a case of an angry ex-wife. Or could be a case of a really dumb decision by this father. God forbid the facts come out before we cast judgment.
