Has Major Crimes arrested the ones responsible for writing "Kill the NRA" yet?

Didn't think so. Nor will they ever. This is a Democrat run city and they hate the NRA.

Who beats their kids for burning mac and cheese? What department, other than LMPD, takes a whole year to charge someone for beating kids with a belt over burnt mac and cheese? It's a lot like waiting over 8 months to file an initial indictment on an officer accused by 6 women of rape.

Collectively speaking, PIU, Conrad, or the commonwealth attorney is pathetically slow in taking actions against rogue officers. It makes the whole department look bad.

NYPD retiree on social media explains the stats game that LMPD plays too.

"I've never discussed this before, but here it goes. While working for the NYPD I personally observed thousands of crimes that were downgraded or outright s__tcanned. In the Manhattan precincts 1,000s of grand larcenies were turned into lost property complaints.

How could this happen? You have to understand the NYPD is only really concerned with the reportable felonies sent to the FBI for the Uniformed Crime reports (Felony Index Crimes). By hook or crook they are recategorized, downgraded or disappeared

We had a Lt who's major function was re-interviewing Manhattan tourists who were Vic's of G/Larcenies (pick-pockets, lush-workers etc). After confirming they were tourists and heading back home, the incidents became lost property-non crimes. Over and over again.

Felony assaults are reportable to the FBI. No one cares about MISD assaults. While on the desk in Manhattan, a mom called and said she had additional info about the perps who beat up her son. No Detectives available. I pulled the report. Couldn't believe what I saw or heard.

Her son had been brutally beaten by a mob of school kids. He suffered a broken jaw and separated shoulder and was thrown onto the subway train tracks. Amazingly this was classified as a misd. To the FBI and NYPD brass it's like the crime never happened. Lying with statistics.

I want to add the vast majority of NYPD officers/supervisors I observed conducted themselves in a professional and honorable way. A good percentage of those involved or responsible for crime stats did everything in their power to game the system."

4 RODs and counting in Coward County

https://wsvn.com/news/local/report-coral-springs-police-upset-at-some-broward-deputies-for-not-entering-school/

When Coral Springs police officers arrived at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on February 14 in the midst of the school shooting crisis, many officers were surprised to find not only that Broward County Sheriff's Deputy Scot Peterson, the armed school resource officer, had not entered the building, but that three other Broward County Sheriff's deputies were also outside the school and had not entered, Coral Springs sources tell CNN. The deputies had their pistols drawn and were behind their vehicles, the sources said, and not one of them had gone into the school.

With direction from the Broward deputies who were outside, Coral Springs police soon entered the building where the shooter was. New Broward County Sheriff's deputies arrived on the scene, and two of those deputies and an officer from Sunrise, Florida, joined the Coral Springs police as they went into the building.

Some Coral Springs police were stunned and upset that the four original Broward County Sheriff's deputies who were first on the scene did not appear to join them as they entered the school, Coral Springs sources tell CNN. It's unclear whether the shooter was still in the building when they arrived.

The resentment among Coral Springs officials toward Broward County officials about what they perceived to be a dereliction of duty may have reached a boiling point at a vigil the night of February 15, where, in front of dozens of others, Coral Springs City Manager Mike Goodrum confronted Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel. A source familiar with the conversation tells CNN that Goodrum was upset that the Broward deputies had remained outside the school while kids inside could have been bleeding out, among other reasons.

Goodrum said in a statement to CNN, "Given the horrific events of that day emotions were running high and the sheriff and I had a heated moment the following evening. Sheriff Israel and I have spoken several times since and I can assure you that our departments have a good working relationship and the utmost respect for each other." Goodrum declined to comment on the content of their conversation.

Obama priority is weapons takes away the gun control of the gun and he will never be able to defend his own behavior. I'm going back to the house and I'll get back guns. The combination is 23-13-2.

The Obama is the reason for the reason why they take guns and there is no way going on to be the gun control. Trump has been the best thing about this place for the past year .

Obama is trying to figure out a way to get back to the Washington with Dc control and overturn the constitution right of the people. The only reason he's president is black privilege and it not political correctness to say it. Political correctness is ronin the county. The gun nra is better for work US citizens

The last 10 years of mishandled rape kits and suspects who got away because of incompetence or laziness may lead some to conclude they should be turned over to KSP from now on. Too much community oriented ice cream, cookies, truffles, and cupcakes, too few conscientious investigators.

Congratulations, Highlands residents. You get to pay another $200 or $300 per year to pay for trash pickup from all the drunks, scumbums, hood rats and other thugs raiding and pillaging your neighborhood. In another year we'll ask you for some more money if they start depositing more Swisher stick and malt liquor containers than we expect.

Why say "We don't do narcotics" while handing out food?

The internal turf battle must be raging pretty badly. If Metro Narcotics was actually doing high level and mid-level narcotics busts like they were CREATED TO DO, they wouldn't be at all concerned with 9th mobile doing flex unit street level drug busts.

Even at the high and mid-level there is often no way to cleanly break out drug-related organized crime when the organizations doing it are trafficking in sex slaves, illegal alien labor, weapons, extortion and anything else that will make them money.

Beshear is right. The pension can be fixed with legalizing casino gambling. We could also legalize and tax pot, prostitution, fight clubs and skyscraper and bridge base jumping. We could let people race for a fee through downtown streets. Why just shut down roads for parades? We could be the world's capital of street racing. THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX.

Did Lax Obama-Era School-Discipline Policies Enable the Parkland Shooter?

Broward County adopted a lenient disciplinary policy similar to those adopted by many other districts under pressure from the Obama administration to reduce racial "disparities" in suspensions and expulsions. . . . In many of these districts, the drive to "get our numbers right" has produced disastrous results, with startling increases in both the number and severity of disciplinary offenses, including assaults and beatings of teachers and students. Sperry also wrote a comprehensive essay for the New York Post in December outlining how lax discipline policies where enabling a wave of violence against teachers and students. He detailed incidents across the country, including mass resignations of teachers after escalating assaults.

In local news reports at least one former Broward school-resource officer has spoken bluntly about the pressure not to arrest students and said that the number of resource officers was cut in half.

The Miramar police have suspended two members from the SWAT team who responded to the school shooting without orders.

Miramar, FL - The Miramar Police Department has suspended two officers from their SWAT team for responding to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting without having orders to do so.

When the first reports of an active shooter came out, the Miramar officers were in training in Coral Springs, nearby the Parkland high school, and they rushed to assist in stopping the carnage that left 17 students and faculty fatally shot, and another 16 wounded, on Valentine's Day, the Miami Herald reported.

The police response to the mass shooting at the school - specifically that of the Broward County Sheriff's Office - has been highly criticized for the incident commander's failure to use updated active-shooter response methods.

Broward County Sheriff's Captain Jan Jordan has been criticized for ordering officers to set up a perimeter rather than sending them in to stop the shooter, whose whereabouts were still unknown. Several police officers and medics have reported that they believed more lives were lost because the incident commander wouldn't let them respond earlier.

Some critics have called the officers who stayed outside and waited for permission to enter "cowards," but now Miramar police are punishing two members of their own elite unit who did rush toward danger to try to save students' lives. Miramar Police Detectives Jeffrey Gilbert and Carl Schlosser were suspended from the Miramar SWAT team eight days after the shooting in Parkland, according to the Miami Herald. Both remain on active duty with the department, but working in different capacities, the Sun-Sentinel reported.

"Effective immediately you have been suspended from the SWAT Team until further notice," Miramar SWAT team commander Captain Kevin Nosowicz wrote in a Feb. 22 memo. "Please make arrangements with the training department to turn in your SWAT-issued rifle."

The memo said Det. Gilbert and Det. Schlosser acted "without the knowledge or authorization from your chain of command" and created an "officer safety situation due to dispatch not knowing your location or activity" by heading to the massacre-in-progress independently.

A Miramar PD spokesperson told Blue Lives Matter, "Miramar PD had numerous officers and a victim advocate respond, without incident. The two SWAT officers temporarily suspended from the SWAT team, but not active duty, were not suspended for responding, but for NOT advising that they responded. They did not advise prior to self-dispatching, during the incident, nor immediately following. This is an officer safety issue, a violation of policy and goes against incident command training and the best practices learned from other mass casualty / shooting incidents."

The Broward County police union disagreed strongly with discipline being levied against the detectives.

"While it may have been a violation of policy to not notify their supervisors that they were going there, their intentions were brave and heroic, I think," Broward County Police Business Association (PBA) President Jeff Marano told the Sun-Sentinel on Wednesday.

But Broward County law enforcement officials have said that it's more important to have an organized response to an emergency situation, after more than 2,000 officers responded to the scene of an active shooter at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on Jan. 6, 2017.

The after-action report of the incident, which left five people dead and six others wounded, recommended a unified command structure with better communication in the future, to combat confusion caused by a massive influx of law enforcement officers to the scene, according to the Miami Herald.

Miramar Police Public Information Officer Tania Rues told the Miami Herald in an email that her department had dispatched several uniformed officers and a victim advocate to "assist" Broward County sheriff's deputies at the high school. However, Rues said the Broward County Sheriff's Office (BSO) had said it did not need assistance from Miramar's SWAT team.

"Miramar Police command staff placed our SWAT team on stand-by pending a request for additional assistance from BSO," Rues wrote in the email. "[BSO] did not make a request for Miramar's SWAT team based on their need at the time." Miramar Police Officer Kevin Gonzalez also was suspended from the SWAT team after having been accused of being linked to several social media posts that put the city and police in a negative light, the Sun-Sentinel reported.

Officer Gonzalez was suspended for violating the department's social media policy and the code of conduct, Rues said. A source told the Miami Herald that the posts questioned why Miramar's SWAT team was not sent to confront shooter Nikolas Cruz, and said that the posts may have been made by Gonzalez's girlfriend.

BLM and ACLU totally silent on this one. Hypocrites.

"Police went to the family home in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, and were told by the 12-year-old daughter about a time in April where she was dragged into the basement and waterboarded by her parents. The police report said the couple 'openly admitted' that they tried to 'waterboard' the child 'because they were punishing her'. The couple told police they learned about waterboarding 'through a movie'.

'We have entered into a tentative plea agreement with the district attorney's office,' said defense attorney Lee Rothman to KDKA Pittsburgh.'It's my hope that the agreement will be upheld. It's an agreement that is geared toward family unification.' The parents would then face no jail time for their alleged abuse of their daughter.

Drug dealer who sells poisonous heroin that kills someone gets lenient $2500 cash bond, which he almost certainly paid off with drug money since he's got no other job but dealing drugs. Flight risk? You betcha.

I'm beginning to believe the courts around here are run by the mentally retarded from a dressed up adult day care centers. The Sheriffs are there at the door to keep them from leaving before their family picks them up.

Here's a tip. They are selling their own t-shirts. Look for the funny looking dudes wearing a t-shirt that days Resist 45 on it. Despite what the Chief says, I believe that with this tip in hand, you can police your way out of this problem.

Broward County's command didn't even follow their own procedures in telling officers to stand outside instead of finding and killing the shooter. The FBI already admitted they failed to follow their own procedures in dealing with the tips about the threat.

Don't ask people to give up their guns when law enforcement leaders act this incompetently at critical moments.

Activism is activism, but bidness is bidness

HS custodian stole money from students' book bags during National Walkout Day, sheriff says. Aisha Evans charged following investigation. A high school custodian is accused of stealing money from the book bags of students participating in National Walkout Day on Wednesday.

Richland County sheriff's deputies arrested Aisha Evans, 32, a custodian at Richland Northeast High School. Evans went through the students' book bags left behind in a classroom and stole a total of $180 in cash, according to Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott. Lott said Evans stole money from three students.
