Suspect killed in Thursday's shooting was shot by LMPD detective, Chief Conrad says

Fischer and other Democrats have learned over the years that you only get liberal inner city black votes by:

1. stoking their anger

2. claiming you're "on their side"

3. distributing handouts

4. claiming the Republicans want to take their handouts away and put them in prison

5. tell the police to lay down so their neighborhoods stay too dangerous to have good jobs or business opportunities

6. create too many taxes, rules and regulations so it's too hard for an average inner city poor person to start a small business, even if the crime accidentally goes lower

If you look at the west end, you see they've followed that to the tee over the last 100 years. They never quit being plantation masters. The difference today is they use blacks as a crop for votes instead of picking crops.
