Serial killer Hitman Ricky Kelly is still laughing at all the incompetent attorneys who let him off easy.

When he gets out, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he returns to Louisville to communicate his displeasure with prison food. Letting criminals off easy like that endangers the public, including the public in rich white neighborhoods where attorneys live. Sometimes it pays to just do your jobs the right way, idiots.
