Suspect killed in Thursday's shooting was shot by LMPD detective, Chief Conrad says

Too many non police, non kid shooting/injuries to escort. Shootings happen almost daily, we are too short to escort everybody. Report runs are already hold 2-3 hours & that will be your next complaint. I had to wait 3 hours for a report when my purse got stolen from my parents basement.
