Sad fact but very true. A lot of privileged East end white kids were addicted to pharmaceuticals. Pills got too expensive so they switched to heroin. County attorney O'Connell's own son was found overdosed. The old district court female judge, Whittinghill, who thought she was a witch, her son was found dead in a home overdosed. Remember, we don't want to stigmatize people, so best to try to not arrest or prosecute our way out of this problem folks. I guess some city leaders just want the problem
