I just find it funny that Conrad wrote Matt Corder glowing commendation letters back in his old City command days. Nowadays he initiates investigations on officers if Sgt. Court liaison puts you on a list(if he doesn't like you) or if you are alone in your car and on camera say chit, phuck or dam!!! No wonder no one wants to proactively police this community anymore. Low pay, no raises, insurance more expensive, pension in disarray and the fearless leader is too politicized any more to lead competently.
