Nobody denies there are bigots and racists in law enforcement. As long as humans are the police, there will always be bigots and racists. I've served with several whites and blacks who were bigoted against other races. Society at large is far more racist than people in police departments. The key distinguishing factor is whether they allow those attitudes to influence their decisions at work. Very few police want to cross the line in 2018, because they know multiple investigators will be reviewing everything they did and most don't want to end up jobless or in prison.

Nobody cares what BLM has to say anymore because they automatically label nearly every police shooting as murder. Once you cry wolf too many times, even your supporters quit caring enough to show up at protests.
