It's in the east end and south end too, except for the west end argument about scambled eggs. If you leave scambled eggs out of it, the west end is doing well this year. The thing that chiefs hard pressed to do more with less never remember is crime is more easily displaced than reduced. When you take officers from 1 area, and put them in another, then criminals in the less policed area get active. Read about "broken windows". When you allow the little crimes happen, the big crimes end up happening
