LMPD :: Louisville Metro Police Department

LMPD is the ultimate example of how beggars can't be choosers. They pay $10,000 to $15,000 less than cities a few hours away, have no retirement pension for new officer, and had lots of bad things going on in this department that have gotten in the media. If I'd have read about Cano, Betts and Wood when I were younger, I'd have NEVER applied. There is too much politics here too. Some people can get away with anything while others get written up for cussing. Hypocrisy and bias scare off anyone good
