Damn, you are absolutely correct. They are so fake downtown. But shotspotter works, hasn't stopped one shooting or murder, no arrests after all those reports new years eve night. Just shows that the great work 9th mobile is doing under their leadership in getting guns off the street(sarcasm on getting guns off the street).
