I'd put Pitino in a much lesser category than most of what's been happening here with Cano, Betts, Wood and any similar acts. They didn't even have enough evidence to name Pitino in the indictment. It's all based on a theory that someone can illegal bribe a high school kid and commit fraud against a university by paying him to accept a scholarship. They'd hopefully have some recordings of him or the university will be paying out millions when it's over.
