Nearly all of the heroin is coming from Mexico except for fentanyl coming from Chinese shipments. Some of those dreamers that Barry Soetero was talking about are apparently dreaming of yachts, gold AK-47s, Lamborghinis and 10-room mansions, not being middle class Americans. Cartels obviously have nothing to do with Louisville's drug trade, just like there are only small fragmented youth gangs here. It all sounds eerily reminiscent of how J. Edgar Hoover ignored La Cosa Nostra from 1927 to 1957.
