Prosecutor tells judge LMPD did not push assault case against Metro Council President David Yates

How about all the arrogant people AND press that won't report things when they reflect negatively on their "favorite elected officials" like judges.... One went and changed the record on a case a couple weeks ago after the jury found the suspect guilty on all charges. The record was then changed to show not guilty on all but one single charge. Then after a meeting with the prosecutor, the judge was allowed to go back and change it yet again to reflect the jury's actual decision only after the judge had altered the records. Why was Judge Burke NOT held accountable to the same standards as everyone else? Politics.
