Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

It's ok, we can micro-manage our way out of this problem, right Steve? I mean, he made a hell of an argument about why we can't arrest our way out of this problem!! Our issue is the court system, we can't adjudicate our way out of this problem because they fail to give offenders any substantial jail time any more. Look at the number of repeat offenders who continue to get probation, diversion, house arrest, CD time(conditional discharge), all at the feet of "our jails are just too darn overcrowded!" Not going to change anytime soon due to Louisville's hug a thug, don't stigmatize, lift these poor felons up BS lax attitude about crime and the ones perpetrating the majority of it. What you wanted possibility city, now revel in it!!!
