Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

It's possible to enforce laws that address both issues. We don't have to turn a blind eye to hobos that live in filth, just so we can aggressively pursue murders. I don't think it takes a snowflake to be against homeless camps. They are an eye sore and serve no beneficial purpose. So how about the officers that patrol that area, address those issues, and the officers that patrol the areas where murders are being committed, aggressively address crimes that relate to murder.

They have been there since that overpass was built and will return. The department prides itself on doing ANYTHING that gives a perception of activity that takes people's minds off how f---ing useless it's become by avoiding high risk enforcement against dangerous felons who point guns at police. It's run by political cowards who'd rather see 150 murders than 150 whining protesters outside their window.
