Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

Policing isn't a career to anyone under Tier 3 retirement like it is for 20-year officers. The people here today will be gone soon enough, at least the good ones with better opportunities. Working a dangerous thankless job to age 65 isn't going to work for most.
