I wouldn't buy a used car from that guy. He can probably get away with lying his @ss off to Kerry Harvey and anyone working for the chief, but courts generally take a strong disliking for anyone who offers perjured testimony. If someone laid out the evidence to a judge in a convincing way, they would cause Beshear or Wine to appoint a special prosecutor, since they both have conflicts of interest due to politics.
