Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

For the love of God will you please commit suicide!! It's your time. Do it to put an end to years of living in pain and misery.

This has turned into a national story which means he's either lying or incredibly inept. What person in charge would not want to know what's going on in a situation like this? The only logical answer is one that doesn't want to deal with the layers of wrongdoing that happened because then he would have to take action against some of those actors including the chief.
