Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

I have the upmost respect for all the guys who have been down range overseas. Most of them have been open to me picking their brains/ working knowledge about just such tactics and their training. We have had some come out and work with the team on open ground squad tactics. It was very informative and you could tell they knew their business. It was very beneficial I thought. My respect to all you guys and thanks for your service to our country.
