Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin releases plan he says will fix state pension system

It's the Louisville Metro Policy Department now. There is no better way to suck up to this chief than to draft up a new policy with additional restrictions and monitoring for officers.

Anyone who's policing without a rifle in the trunk in 2017 is either oblivious of reality (try turning on a TV set) or is a coward with no intention of responding to an active shooter with a rifle. If there can be Al Qaida in Bowling Green like a few years ago, then there could and probably is someone just as dangerous in Louisville.
