Narcotics had it's nuts cut by White then again by Conrad. LMINTEL did 1 thing last January and disbanded although Hibbs and the Fed lady mention it. Operation Trust never happened after it was announced. Conrad just likes pretending he has all these deals with the feds and they go along to make their bosses believe they are active against gangs.
