Metro Council's Angela Leet announces run for Louisville mayor

The Majors are politically subservient and mostly inexperienced by design. The rank of major should be banned by ordinance. Merit promoted and protected Captains should be doing everything except running things inside the Chief's office. The departments were actually competent and effective when Captains ran the show. This department sucks by comparison and everyone knows it, yet the council is too weak to do anything about it except whine.

Shhhh, everyone knows what happens at his rank if they support their officers and lead them.

Exactly. In front of "his" officers, he likes to toot his horn and exclaim: "deliver a professional a$$ kicking." Behind closed doors, he's a pawn with no original thoughts. Every decision he makes is based on how the winds are blowing. Worst boss ever. Smart and calculating enough to be very dangerous.
